On return from holiday write a list of what you should have packed and what you needn’t have packed and leave this in the case for next time – this will prevent carrying too much luggage next time. |

Why not keep a notebook in which you can jot down ideas for Christmas or birthday presents as they spring to mind this will help when planning your shopping and if kept up to date will help you as you spot bargains through out the year (either at home or abroad). |
10. BOOK EARLY |
Often if you book your holiday in October (for August) you will save a huge ammount as most travel companies will not get much buisness at that time of the year. You'll have something to look forward to which will keep you going when you have bad days. You should be able to secure a good price before the third edition brochoure comes out with much higher prices. |
11. NO FLANNEL |
When on holiday use the corner of a towel as a flannel to save packing soggy flannels. I always do this without fail. |
12. EASY HAIR |
Have you thought of buying a wig to pop on when go out in the evening. It will make life so easy and wigs look so real today no one will notice. Most wigs will be cheaper than a wash+cut+colour at the hairdressers and last considerably longer. I have three and bought mine from Trendco in London where you can try before you buy. |
13. HOLIDAY COINS |
Save all your foreign coins and use them to stick around a holiday picture or vase to remind you of happy holidays. |
14. AIRPORT |
To pass time at the airport my daughter and I do our nails. It's fun to do and doesn't take much room in your luggage. |
13. SHREDDED PAPER |
Don't throw in recycling. Keep and use to wrap delicate parcels. You could even take a bag of shredded paper on holiday incase you buy delicated items to bring home. |
